I offer weekly or biweekly individual therapy for a range of concerns such as depression, life transitions, gender & sexuality, and trauma. Sessions are currently offered in person in Middletown, CT.

Intake assessment - $200

Individual sessions - $150

Heal Out Loud Therapy, LLC provides letters of support for individuals seeking to start gender-affirming medical care. See FAQ for more on the needs for this letter. These are offered as standalone assessments for those who do not need ongoing counseling, but need a letter of support to access care. Clients can choose to initiate individual therapy following the assessment, but this is not necessary to access the letter, meaning there is not a minimum number of individual sessions beyond the assessment needed. Assessments take 1-2 sessions and includes written letter of support pending assessment
